Sales Account Manager | Remote EST Time Zone USA

We are looking for
an Sales Account Manager to join our remote North America team. In this role, you will focus on developing and expanding existing customer relationships, driving qualified opportunities and supporting software presentations and demonstrations in partnership with cross-functional teams. 
Your tasks
  • Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio with a focus on upselling and account expansion.
  • Building meaningful and long-term relationship with your customer base.
  • Create strategic development plans with a long-term vision for your portfolio. 
  • Active outreach to new sites, users and key stakeholder within your existing accounts. 
  • Partner with Consultants and Customer Success teams to expand use casesdrive satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Lead contract renewals, ensuring timely closure and revenue retention.
  • Support accurate invoicing in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or comparable CRM tools).
  • Proven track managing accounts and building long term relationships. 
  • Excellent communication, active listening, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Results-driven, integrity-led team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
