We are looking for
Your tasks
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio of of SaaS customers in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, chemical manufacturing) with a focus on upselling and account expansion.
- Building meaningful and long-term relationship with your customer base.
- Create strategic development plans with a long-term vision for your portfolio.
- Active outreach to new sites, users and key stakeholder within your existing accounts.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Implementation Consultants, and Product teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction
- Support software demonstrations and value-based discussions tailored to manufacturing and GxP environments
- Lead contract renewals, ensuring timely closure and revenue retention.
- Support accurate invoicing in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand into new sites, plants, or business units
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience in selling into industrial, pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated environments
- Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or comparable CRM tools).
- Proven track managing accounts and building long term relationships.
- Excellent communication, active listening, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Results-driven, integrity-led team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
- Understanding of plant operations, shift work or production workflows
