We are looking for

a driven Strategic Account Manager (SaaS) to join our North America team and take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers in regulated industries.

In this role, you will focus on growing and expanding existing customer relationships, unlocking new opportunities within global organizations, and driving revenue through strategic account development.

You will play a key role in scaling our presence in the US market by expanding into new sites, business units, and stakeholders across some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies.

Your tasks

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing SaaS customers with a strong focus on expansion, upselling, and long-term account development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across operations, quality, and IT
  • Identify and drive new opportunities within existing accounts (new sites, plants, business units)
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize long-term revenue potential
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams to drive adoption and customer value
  • Lead commercial discussions including renewals, expansions, and contract negotiations
  • Support value-based product demonstrations and position our solution in complex manufacturing environments

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales (Account Management / Account Executive)
  • Proven track record in growing existing accounts and driving expansion revenue
  • Experience working with complex B2B customers (enterprise or mid-market)
  • Background in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medtech, manufacturing) is a plus, not a must
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar
Nice to have:
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial software, or life sciences environments
  • Understanding of production, operations, or quality processes
