We are looking for
Business Development Representative (all genders) to build a qualified sales pipeline within strategic pharmaceutical and chemical accounts across the DACH region. Through structured outbound activities and consistent lead follow-up, you will identify and qualify relevant stakeholders, generate interest in our solutions, and schedule high-quality discovery meetings for our Sales team.
Your tasks
- Research, prioritize, and engage decision-makers within defined ICP target accounts across the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
- Schedule meetings with leaders and decision-makers in Production, MSAT, Operational Excellence, and Site Management.
- Execute a structured outreach strategy across cold calling, LinkedIn, and personalized email campaigns.
- Follow up systematically on marketing-generated leads with the goal of converting them into discovery meetings.
- Pre-qualify stakeholders, business challenges, needs, and timing to ensure a high standard of meeting quality.
- Identify relevant company signals and buying triggers to initiate high-value business conversations.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and ensure a qualified handover of opportunities to the Sales team.
Your profile
Professional Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in an SDR/BDR role, outbound sales, or a comparable B2B sales position.
- Ideally, experience in the Life Sciences, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries, with a focus on SaaS sales.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting.
- Native or near-native German language skills (C1/C2 level); good English skills are a plus.
- A structured, self-driven approach to work and a genuine enthusiasm for cold calling.
