an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record in selling to pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers.
In this role, you will drive adoption of our SaaS solution, Shiftconnector®, across Europe. You will own this strategic region and help leading life sciences companies digitize shopfloor communication, shift handovers and daily operations.Deine Aufgaben
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing SaaS customers with a strong focus on expansion, upselling, and long-term account development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across operations, quality, and IT
- Identify and drive new opportunities within existing accounts (new sites, plants, business units)
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize long-term revenue potential
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams to drive adoption and customer value
- Lead commercial discussions including renewals, expansions, and contract negotiations
- Support value-based product demonstrations and position our solution in complex manufacturing environments
Was du mitbringst
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales (Account Management / Account Executive)
- Proven track record in growing existing accounts and driving expansion revenue
- Experience working with complex B2B customers (enterprise or mid-market)
- Background in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medtech, manufacturing) is a plus, not a must
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar
Nice to have:- Experience in manufacturing, industrial software, or life sciences environments
- Understanding of production, operations, or quality processes
