Deine Aufgaben
- Lead a small, highly skilled DevOps/Automation Team
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation and optimization of build, deployment and automation pipelines
- Ensure reliability and performance of GitHub Enterprise workflows and pipelines
- Drive the adoption, scalability and optimization of GitHub Actions
- Shape and maintain our automated test infrastructure in collaboration with development squads
- Work with Azure Cloud environments and ensure smooth operation of our Kubernetes-based deployments
- Act as an internal service partner and consultant to development squads, enabling them through tooling, best practices and CI/CD mindset
- Foster a strong engineering culture around automation, quality and operational excellence

- Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions (pipeline design, optimization, automation).
- Strong background in Azure Cloud services and Kubernetes environments.
- Good understanding of modern CI/CD concepts, automation strategies, and cloud-native operations.
- Experience creating and managing build pipelines and automated testing workflows.
- Familiarity with containerization, IaC, and operational tooling is a plus.
